Violet is not only one of the most amazing people I have ever met she is also by far the best Realtor out there. She is absolutely professional extremely knowledgeable so courteous and caring and goes above and beyond to make sure that all your needs are being met. I am a first time home buyer and went through about three realtors before being so lucky to have been paired up with her and what a difference it has made! Bought a home in 2023 in Frankfort square, Frankfort, IL.

I was being relocated and had to sell my house in a hurry. A scary position to be in. Violet made all my worries and the stress disappear. She is a hard worker, worked nights and late into the weekends, very responsive, and really cared about my needs. I have never dealt with a realtor who made me feel more like a friend than a client. We sold my house within 2 days for almost $20,000 over asking. She is a pure delight to work with and I highly recommend her.
